My appointment was cancelled with just 30 minutes away from my appointment. I totally understand that the professional was sick but cancel with just 30 minutes away from the appointment? It's not okay. They could have called me in the morning (my appointment was in the afternoon). If so, I would've dedicated my time for my clients. Instead I had to cancel everything from my work because of my appointment, which means I cancelled everything for nothing.
